As a finale to Dr. Seuss’s Birthday Week Extravaganza, my kiddos needed “crazy hats” to wear.
So, about a week ago my next question to myself was, “After ‘feather-covered Thing 1 & 2 wigs,’ what exactly COULD I do for a ‘crazy hat?!?’ I am a crafty supermom, but jeez, there was so little notice here, and I haven’t done laundry in three days…”
Mama being sick the whole week didn’t help, or perhaps, it did!??? Perhaps, it helped me dig into the more delusional parts of my knitted psyche? We will never know. What we do know, though, is what I came up with…
Knitted Mohawk & Cabbage Patch Wigs!! (My patterns to be attached to the bottom of this post, shortly!)
Aren’t they SUPER CUTE?!?

Shelly Arroyo, aka SuperMom & Mama Chickpea
When she’s not doing kinder homework or making yet another cheese sandwich cut into finger shapes, she loves doing crafts with her kiddos, shopping Pinterest for new things she’ll never have time to try, playing cars with Barbies, building Legos, and cuddling with her minions. Like any 24/7 mom, she cherishes her brief gym time, and her daily shower in peace, while the kiddos are at school.
