The following is a little more information about personalizing Mama Chickpea listings:

• Messages containing information are not linked to orders! You must note the information on the order, to avoid delays!
• All sculpts are custom clay art. If the item is listed as “OOAK (one of a kind),” it is the only one available and pre-made. If the ornament states it is “PERSONALIZABLE,” it is made to order upon payment and can have variations according to the description.
• When placing a personalized order, please make sure to complete all available options AND double-check your personalizing (if available) is noted correctly on the order.
• Each item lists it’s individual options in its description. Failure to complete all necessary information may result in longer creation time and delay shipping.
• Since I make personalized items custom for you, please keep in mind ONCE THEY ARE SCULPTED, I CANNOT CHANGE THE ITEM. My custom items are not refundable.
• Personalizing details are stamped and baked into the clay. There is no ink used. The less letters stamped, the less it changes the finish of the clay, as each letter causes indents in the item. The description and pictures of each item suggest guidelines for the best stamping. The patina in the grooves cannot be a different color other than the blackish-brown special patina shown in examples.
