  • TURNAROUND: My usual production time is about 5-7 business days on an item. Holiday shipping may take longer, before shipping. I only email orders back if I have questions, and during busy times, this communication process may take awhile. Please make sure your AVAILABLE OPTIONS are complete ON YOUR ORDER FORM.
  • MESSAGES: Messages containing information are not linked to orders! You must note the information on the order, to avoid delays!
  • DELAYS: Busy season causes delays! Please be advised, as this is a HANDMADE, CUSTOM ITEM! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER INFORMATION IS COMPLETE AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER.
  • SHIPPING CARRIER: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Other methods would require a conversation ahead of order and payment up front for the changed shipping method.
    • USPS First Class: Typically takes 5-7 business days but is not guaranteed.
    • USPS Priority Mail Class: Typically takes 3-5 business days but is not guaranteed.
  • INSURANCE: USPS orders typically have included insurance paid with the shipping price, provided by USPS. If this is included, it will be mentioned on your order confirmation. Issues with shipping need to be filed directly with the USPS, per the included tracking number, which will be indicated with your order.
